The Way of Healing and Light - Part VI
Healing Forces

Each and every one of us can build and nurture a force of healing vibrations by cultivating the connection to the healing rays on a daily basis. The following is an exercise to nurture the healing force. If you wish to dedicate yourself to the healing of others you should add this exercise to your daily practice:

See yourself standing in front of a mighty focal point of green healing rays.. Absorb these rays intensively. Let them fill you and your surroundings and know that you are imbued with this healing energy which you are consciously radiating out into the world. It is important that you are constantly aware of your 'mission', that you recognize the healing force within you and work with it constantly.

This way you become yourself a focal point, being in constant contact with the healing forces. Your healing reserve keeps accumulating and with intensive practice you will become a blessing to your fellowman by bestowing your healing rays upon them. The healing forces will always be at your disposal if you keep nurturing them, and will dissipate if you stop paying attention to them.

The Divine Light has it anchor deep within your heart, and it is from there that it fills your world with love and light. Therefore, send  the radiant, bright light of your heart out into the world, charged with the blessing of healing. Let it flow and don't waste your time thinking what happens with it. There are a lot of helpers to direct this light exactly where it needs to go.

Spiritual Adventures ~ The Life Tower

Imagine your present life taking place in a four-floor 'life tower'. You look out the window from the first floor of this tower and you can see certain parts of your life landscape unfolding in front of you. But your view is limited. 

A little ahead in the distance you see a place in your life landscape that is causing you problems. Here, from the first floor you cannot see this place clearly. It is too far away and entangled. At that moment you realize that there is a second floor where you went several times before when you had to solve problems. 

You quickly move up to the second floor of your life tower. Looking out the window from here, you now see details of this problem place that you haven't noticed before. With this new and seemingly broadened view it is easy for you to solve your problem. 

The same is true for the third and the fourth floor. For many years now your life centers around these four floors. And as time goes by you keep encountering feelings and thoughts of doubt and uncertainty combined with a longing for a more meaningful life.

Then one day you have a very profound dream in which you are made aware of a secret door. The next day you start looking for this door in your tower, and indeed, there it is, hidden away in a corner on the fourth floor. While you are trying to open what seems to be a very old door, you ask yourself what could possibly be hidden behind it, and before you have the time to think of an answer the door opens into a much lighter and more spacious fifth floor.

You start exploring the rooms on this fifth floor, accompanied by an odd feeling of having found something close to you that you had lost a long time and forgotten about it. And as you look out the window over your life landscape,  you feel a deep sense of awakeness and awareness of being connected with life, with people and with nature. 

It almost seems as if something has changed out there in your life landscape, but as you look closer you realize that nothing in your landscape, your life, your work, or the people around you has changed. And you realize: It is you that has changed, it is your way of viewing things, that has changed. Everything is clearer and more perceivable from this elevated 'floor of consciousness'. You are able to see the bigger picture which was hidden from you in floors one to four. The things people do, your own life situation, the task at work - everything gains a new quality and insight by looking at it from this broadened perspective. 

It now happens more and more often that the Light Rays of truth and awakeness enlighten your fifth floor of consciousness, much more than this was possible on the lower floors. And you know you have the way that will lead you into even higher floors of consciousness, into the wonderful world of Light.

The Sea of Life

One cell alone does not form a body. It takes a myriad of cells
 working together in harmony to form a body.

And one body alone also has its boundaries. I need you and all of 
humanity to form a body that represents a whole and that is 
able to nurture and support itself.

Let's be inspired - Our Weekly Inspiration

You may ask, my brother, when will man reach perfection. Hear my answer:

Man approaches perfection when he feels that he is an infinite space and a sea without a shore.

An everlasting fire, an unquenchable light,

A calm wind or a raging tempest, a thundering sky or a rainy heaven.

A singing brook or a wailing rivulet, a tree abloom in Spring, or a naked sapling in Autumn.

A rising mountain or a descending valley,
A  fertile plain or a desert.

When man feels all these, he has already reached halfway to perfection. To attain his goal he must then perceive that he is a child dependent upon his mother,

A father responsible for his family,

A youth lost in love,

An ancient wrestling against his past,

A worshipper in his temple, a criminal in his prison,

A scholar amidst his parchments,

An ignorant soul stumbling between the darkness of his night and the obscurity of his day,

A nun suffering between the flowers of her faith and the thistles of her loneliness.

A prostitute caught between the fangs of her weakness and the claws of her needs,

A poor man trapped between his bitterness and his submission,

A rich man between his greed and his conscience,

A poet between the mist of his twilight and the rays of his dawn.

Who can experience, see, and understand these things can reach perfection and become a shadow of the God's shadow.
