PART 2 - RETURNING TO UNITY
Let go of your Ego
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A true and truthful path is not easy to walk, but if you
know your goal, you enjoy walking your path.
If your path seems heavy to you, this may have to do with
the weight with which you are walking it.
Too much weight means that you are taking yourself too
seriously. Concentrate more on the path and less on
yourself.
Live your own responsibility
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Never walk your path irresponsibly. A true path invites
you to build as you walk along with it, sharing your
responsibility.
As you walk along, look at what you can be responsible
for. Other peoples' responsibilities are in their own
hands.
While walking your path, challenge yourself, but never
challenge others. Other people you meet on your path
are not there to gratify you, or to disappoint you.
Use the world as your mirror
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You have entered your path to gather experiences. Insight
and self-knowledge will help you to do so.
Whatever happens on your path is neither a coincidence
nor in vain. Much of it is a mirror of your own self.
What happens on your path are opportunities given to
you for the sake of learning and experiencing. Never
neglect to do just this: To learn and to experience.
Use the mirror on your path often. Many times the
outer world wants to teach you what you need to let
go of in your inner world.
Meet mistakes calmly
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
No matter how your perception works: Your mistakes
are intertwined with those of others. You will
likely not be able to relate them to someone specific.
When you see a mistake or flaw of some kind in
your vicinity, do not complain. Instead, try
to understand and to balance it with your own deeds.
Avoid unnecessary uncovering or justification.
Do not look for someone to blame.
Exercise serenity
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Do not complain about anything happening around
you. It is HOW you react to what is happening
around you that is important rather than what
is happening.
Face all occurrences with serenity, but never
with indifference. Always show moral strength,
resulting from your own inner self.
If you feel fear, allow it to be there,
assuring yourself that there is still a lot
you need to learn.
If you are worried, think about which
imaginations you have followed, and let go
of everything that is illusion.
If you are speechless by what is happening,
take this as a welcome opportunity to
consciously practice yourself in silence.
Create a new consciousness
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While walking your path, focus on your goal,
the light. Remember that where there is
light there is no room for darkness.
As limited human beings we mostly feel
like a small grain of sand on the vast
beach of an imperfect world.
On your path, start feeling the importance
you have in spreading the light throughout
the world.
Then you will change not only yourself, but
the events of the world. This too is the goal
of a true and truthful path.
Change is happening through the power of
thought created by you. Just allow it to
be. By doing that, you create a new global
consciousness.

PART 2 - RETURNING TO UNITY
The field of the healing arts has become widely subdivided and
and split into various branches nowadays, yet everything
could be led back to unity if we remembered our Divine potential.
This goes for all arrays of our earthly life. The more we
entered the physical, the more complicated our lives became,
more laws were needed to rule this life, and our demands
are still rising.
UNITY, SIMPLICITY, ONENESS are the objectives that we have to
set ourselves if we want to be united with the Divine
Source, and the more we practice this, the stronger we will
feel the Divine Force in our daily life.
The diversity of the physical demands has not spared the
healing arts, so today there is are specialists for each
and every disease, with the aim to cure this disease.
However, the curing of a disease does not mean that it
is healed. Only the recovery of the consciousness of
unity with the Divine Source can bring healing of a
long lasting nature. The true healer assisting in the
healing of others is always a person who himself strives
for unity with his Divine Source. Therefore in former
times the Divine Service of healing was connected with
the Divine Service of a priest or priestess.
Health has become a very rare possession in our time
of material interests, where haste and hurry have
become one of the most prominent characteristics of most
people's lives. As a result the physical body is
constantly subjected to energy drainage, causing a variety
of symptoms, like tiredness, listlessness, depression etc.
The doctors are mostly helpless in healing these symptoms,
which have been classified as "psychosomatic disorders".
The healing of these and other symptoms will take place only
once we learn to live our lives in contentment, harmony
and balance with our fellow human beings, by making the
LIGHT your constant companion.

Therefore, seek to be fulfilled with the power of light,
and strive patiently to lay aside your frailties of
human nature, exercise forgiveness and let go of what
burdens you. The imperfections of others should not bother
you. This is the best medicine to ensure good health.
Forgiveness is an important factor on your way to good
health. Especially the deep rooted symptoms are very
often connected to people with whom you still have
common issues. Let go of all of these issues, otherwise
they will remain in your body, draining your system
of energies. Remove these old burdens by showing love
and tolerance to all those that you have or have had
inharmonious relationships with. This is a very
important factor throughout the healing process.

The thought to make you a present is in me first. Your
joy of receiving my present is in me first.
The thought of hurting you is in me first. Your sorrow
is in me first.
Giving and receiving are one.
I can only receive when I give. It is my choice. Do I give
out at this moment what I wish to receive?
Instead of criticizing, I always see the good in you
and appreciate you in front of everybody. I always find
reasons to praise you. Everything I give you I will receive
as well.
I feel good and safe about uplifting you.
