The
Cross is the Symbol of Man.
It
is the symbol of Giving.
Arms
are outstretched to give and to receive;
the
giving and receiving in Love.
Like
a star it points outwards.
It
is the symbol of radiation. It holds within its symbolic
self
the Wisdom of Giving with Love; Giving
with
the
perfect knowledge of how to give
because
it is open to all the God-rays
of
Wisdom and holds
them in
perfect
balance.
The
Cross is the Symbol of Perfect Balance.
Perfection
of Balance is what all
men
are striving for all
down
the ages.
The
Cross is the goal, the prize which each man is striving
to
achieve, to make his own. He is striving to make
of
himself a Cross, the symbol
of
perfect Balance.
The
Cross is a symbol of Radiation - the Radiation of the
vibration
of Light-love. The Cross is the symbol of
that
which all men are striving to become.
Therefore
all men are striving to find the way to open
themselves
so perfectly to the Light-love-rays of
God,
so as, in their turn, to be able to give out
those
rays to others: to radiate.
They
are striving to become
perfect
Love instruments.
Christ
was a perfect Love instrument. Christ had so taken
into
himself the radiation of God-Light-love-rays as
to
make of Himself a lamp.
He
was a crystallization of all that God is
always
offering to all men.
