America Here I Come - A Spiritual Journey

In the usual immigrant-makes-good story, we know the plot: in a faraway country, someone yearns to come to America, makes great sacrifices, arrives with nearly empty pockets and through hard work achieves success. The story charms us through its exotic and gratifying details. This is the side of the immigrant story we've read or heard about. Now read the other side of the story and discover why you too are in America, whether you are an immigrant or not. This is the side that is never talked or written about.

Voices from Beyond:
The God Force, the Other Side, and You

Voices from Beyond is a book that both mediums and their clients would find informative. It answers basic questions: Can the living actually communicate with the dead, or is there something else at work? Why does the information the dead convey appear to be in bits and pieces, and appear to involve a high degree of guesswork? Have the dead lost their ability to speak in clear, complete sentences? And why does the medium seem to be right some of the time and wrong at other times? This compelling and provocative book answers these and other questions by examining laws that govern our existence here and beyond, laws that scientists have yet to fully understand and explain. Indeed the answers in this thought-provoking book may comfort you, intrigue you, or surprise you regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs. At the very least, they will help to explain many of the extraordinary events and mysteries we all encounter in our lives. In Voices from Beyond: The God Force, the Other Side, and You, the author takes you on a pilgrimage to the edge of what we know and what we believe, and gently guides you to unimagined places.

Spirit Guides: The Unsung Heroes - Part 1 of 2
Published at eSpiritCenter-Angels & Spirit Guides on November 19, 2004
Who are these Spirit Guides? Spirit Guides (Guide or Guides for short) are personalities who have had at least one earthly experience as human beings, and upon request, have agreed to be our Guide in a given lifetime. Generally, those who qualify to serve as Guides have completed their earthly journeys with no further need for them to reincarnate. Our relationship with our Guide probably represents the highest level of personal relationship between two beings. If there were any other being worthy of the term, "soul mate," our Guide certainly would qualify as one. They know and understand us like no other.
Petitioning For Your Needs - Part 2 of 2

Human beings are blessed with a unique gift: the gift of prayer or petition to the Infinite for our needs. A religious person would call it prayer; others may call it petition or meditation. There is a clear distinction between petition and meditation, however. Meditation is generally a passive process, but in a petition, we actively communicate with the Infinite Source. The word "petition" itself conveys the significance of the process. In human law, once a suit is filed or a legal proceeding is initiated, certain processes are put in motion. Regardless of who we are or our station in life, the legal process takes its course.

Origin of Certain Thoughts - Part 2 of 2

If you haven't experienced any near misses, you may have at least heard or read about them. When people describe their near misses, they say things such as "The bullet missed my heart by just a few inches," or "I was only a few feet away from the car that crashed into the crowd," or "Had I not turned around, I would have been killed." Are these misses luck, coincidence, or some power at work? I think you know the answer.
Origin of Certain Thoughts - Part 1 of 2

We all have spirit guides and we all benefit from their assistance, whether or not we recognize it. Only a few people can hear and exchange verbal communications with their guides, or occasionally see their foggy, ghostly image materialize; some people only sense their guide's presence; others know the signs that indicate their guide's presence; and still others do not believe these guides exist, much less assist us. Our relationship with our guide probably represents the highest level of personal relationship between two beings.
