Happy Being or Busy Doing
Published at eSpiritCenter-Inspiration on November 9, 2004
Last week I learnt a great lesson: that of the waves of the sea.
You see, nature is aligned to our rhythms, or we should say, our rhythms follow those of Mother Earth's. We are its children and we are made of the same substance that she is. The only difference is that we have a spark of light within us. Other beings, such as animals, plants, rocks or Mother Earth herself, also are alive; the difference is in the level of awareness and consciousness that each one of us and them hold.
The Advancing Personality
Published at eSpiritCenter-General Spirituality on  October 28, 2004
Once in a while we come across a person, a book, a thought, a city, a home, a view, a portrait… which reaches far deep inside us and resonates with our soul, provoking a change in our mind-set or in our perspective of life and inspiring us to take action. This can be understood as the recognition of a soul-truth, a memory that was hidden somewhere in our mind or body and that is now rescued and brought to light by this, usually innocent encounter.
An Opportunity for Growth - The GROWtogether Group

There is a Spanish saying “¿Quieres taza? ¡Toma tazón!” – When we ask life for a cup, it decides to gives us a bowl!
For three days I have stayed at home in a kind of a meditative state refusing once and for all to be bullied by my Ego into frantically doing endless lists of things, just to end up realizing that there are not enough hours in a day for me to finish all the tasks that I would like to accomplish, let alone to plan new and exciting projects.

1. Are you attractive to yourself?
This is the first step to become attractive to others: What can you do to become more attractive to yourself? We are looking not just at areas such as new clothes or an upgraded make up but things that make you feel good about yourself and raise your energy, such as meeting friends for a chat or joining a dance class. Whatever makes your heart sing!
The Bridge
Published at eSpiritCenter-Inspiration on August 25, 2004
I heard a story about this bridge that is very, very long. On this side, many people (in the thousands or even more!) are standing; they are thinking about crossing but, apparently, not many people make it. It seems that the problem is that the bridge is so long that only the ones with the strongest vision can see a little light that it is said shines at the other end. But the bridge is rather narrow and people tend to start walking carrying great loads of baggage because they are not sure what it is that they will need in the journey to the other side.
Healing of the Heart
Published at eSpiritCenter-Inspiration  on August 18, 2004
We all push ourselves to achieve the things we want even if this is soul-destroying. Heal the heart and learn to trust. This will create a life flow and happiness. Have you seen the film "Josuah"? "Another film?" You may say… Well, Spirit does have a way to give its messages to us in the way we will be paying attention and I find films inspiring (watch out where you place your attention; there may be a message for you!).
Giving and Receiving: Where is the Balance?
Published at eSpiritCenter-Inspiration on August 11, 2004
Our society is based in sharing and/or exchanging – jobs, tasks, love, friendship, attention, money, etc. Our families and friendships are like micro-societies: we repeat the patterns of the bigger clan or larger society and create a structure and a hierarchy where all the members are organized according to authority, power, position, personality, resources, skills, etc. I am not going to talk about how women's and men's roles are different, e.g. women are the nurturers and men are the hunters - kind of conversation.
The Way of Spirit
Published at eSpiritCenter-Inspiration on August 8, 2004
It Have you seen the film "Jeronimo"? It tells the story of that last great Native American warrior stronghold against the American occupation of the Apache's land. Surprising the way somehow this account touched a chord in me: we all have seen a lot of westerns and films portraying injustice. But there was something special about this one: there were dead people but there were no gory scenes, so it wasn't the blood pour what stroked a chord. What really touched me is that this One Man stood his ground against a Vast Power because he believed he was a warrior and that there was enough land for all to live in it as free men.
The Process of Transmutation
Published at eSpiritCenter-General Spirituality on August 1, 2004
We tend to see the "negative" events in our lives as something undesirable, something we don't particularly want to face. But learn the Process of Transmutation and you will know how to handle them in the future! Have you heard the 'Midas King' tale? The story goes that this king had the power to transform everything he touched into gold. The good news is that he was very rich but the bad news is that he couldn't touch those he loved most because... well, you know. But this is not the part of the story I am interested in.
The 10 Commandments of Success
Published at eSpiritCenter-Motivation & Self-Help on July 28, 2004
There is a way to mix spiritual truths with business in order to be able to apply a higher purpose to our work. The 10 Commandments of Success will remind you of a few good truths! We see people becoming successful around us everyday, no matter how uncertain times we live in or how fluctuating our society may be. Opportunities come and go more than ever, but what is it that makes some of us hold on to the abundance that is our birth right while others see it as a slippery dream that seems to avoid us?
Become the Alchemist of Your Life
Published at eSpiritCenter-General Spirituality on July 24, 2004
Have you forgotten that it is in your power to create a life worth living for? Find out how. I am so angry today I could scream. I just don't understand why I keep finding myself doing jobs that are simply boring or unchallenging. On top of this, the money is poor and my boss gets my back up. I don't seem to be able to enjoy the tasks or the people at work and, for that matter, the people in my life! Have I done anything wrong? Does the Universe get satisfaction from seeing me suffer? What have I done to deserve this?
The 10 Commandments of Attraction
Published at eSpiritCenter-Motivation & Self-Help on July 20, 2004
Do you ever wonder what is it that makes some people attract wonderful opportunities and joy to their lives while we sometimes feel that are "stuck in a rut" and don't seem to be able to break free? By following the points below, some of which you may identify with, you will discover that there is much more we can do to attract what we wish for in our lives.
1. You attract your thoughts.
Thoughts are energy. When you tap into a thought it doesn't mean that it is yours to start with: thoughts don't really belong to you.
